Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience that uses the soothing tones and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tongue drum to encourage rest, relaxation, and a sense of inner balance. Often called a sound bath, this nurturing practice invites you to simply lie back, listen, and allow the sounds to create a peaceful space away from everyday stress. No experience or effort is needed, just an opportunity to quiet the mind, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself.

All sound healing sessions are experienced fully clothed, allowing you to rest comfortably and simply enjoy the experience.

REIKI WITH SOUND HEALING
A deeply nourishing experience combining gentle Reiki energy
holds with the sacred sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls,
chimes, and other healing instruments. This serene treatment invites
your body into a state of balance, harmony, and wellbeing, soothing
the nervous system and restoring peace to every layer of your being.

SACRED SOUND BATH
A Sacred Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where you are
gently bathed in the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls and other unique
sound tools. These healing vibrations help move stagnant energy, calm the
nervous system, and bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It’s a serene
invitation to unwind, realign, and reconnect with your inner harmony.

*This experience welcomes up to two people, offering a beautiful opportunity to
share a little time for rest, connection, and renewal with a friend or loved one.
